Our objective is to provide pricing that is clear, transparent, and affordable. We utilize standardized pricing system for our mowing services based on the square footage of your lawn. While serveral factors may influence the final price, the following guidelines represent the foundation of our pricing structure. 

Our mowing rates apply to both weekly and biweekly mowing schedules. However, we prefer that all clients maintain a weekly mowing schedule during the summer season. Following this period customer may transition to a biweekly schedule if perferred. 

The following factors may impact the price of our services: 

• Lawn Shape: Regular shaped lawns, such as rectangular shaped lawn, generally require less time to mow compared to irregular shaped lawn with flower beds, trees, or other obstacles.
• Access: Narrow gates may limit the use of larger mowers, which can increase the time required for mowing if the backyard is enclosed. 
• Driveways & Parking:Properties with long driveways of limited parking for our trucks and trailers will require additional time for setup, which may increase the overall cost. Lawns located closer to where our equipment is parked typically incur lower costs due to reduced setup time. 
• Clipping Disposal: For larger properties, we are responsible for hauling clippings to the dump. If we are able to mulch the clippings, this may result in a reduced service price.
